Perfect? I think so. Even better than 13th St. As good as Victrola. So what was it? Well, mostly crema, and that's putting the cream in crema. Milkshake-y pure aromatic goodness. Kind of like the 5-year-old home-made apple jack I had 15 years ago in Moncton, VT. That's all I can really compare it to. Then you get 3 sips of the nectar; its really like it comes from a fruit or something. All kinds of bright flavors bounce around your upper cortex, your mouth gets that brown-a-licious coffeecoffeecoffee taste, and there's the velvet finish. Your mouth just feels kind of blessed for 8 minutes after finishing. All praise to the barista. And the grind. And the roast.
